Refund policy
All products come with a FREE 30-day replacement/refund from the date of purchase.
Only items that arrive in a physically damaged condition, are missing parts or accessories, are defective, or are materially different from the product description are eligible for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be properly packaged. If there is any damage during the return, the buyer agrees to bear the cost.
If your purchase is not as described or the item is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order – we will do our best to resolve the issue and make sure you don't wait. If you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange delivery of the correct item.
For defective or faulty products, please take photos or videos and email us at contact@wall-mural-shop.com – we will replace or refund your purchase upon confirmation.
NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage or any abuse of the product purchased.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We offer free returns from anywhere in the world.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Refund usually takes up to 7 days.
In order to receive your refund, please follow the steps below:
Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Products that are used or damaged by the customer will not be eligible for a refund. Request your return authorization number and by email to contact@wall-mural-shop.com Aves a detailed reason for the return and photos or a video of the product that supports your reason. Upon approval, you will receive the RA number and the address of the nearest warehouse where you can mail the product you wish to return.
To ensure your refund, please use a traceable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages. (You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. (Please make sure to send the return item as a gift, as we do not bear the customs fees for returns)
Upon receipt of your package, your products will be inspected, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used for your original purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
1) Parts are missing or were not shipped with the rest of the package.
2) Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email at contact@wall-mural-shop.com
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be charged a 10% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and fees charged to us for refunds by credit card companies.
Invalid reasons:
Buyer no longer wants the items, buyer's remorse such as incorrect color, size, product or model ordered are not eligible for a refund.
Buyers are advised to exercise due diligence before making the purchase. The buyer agrees to purchase the products at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
Once an order is placed, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
