  • Prohibited Conduct: You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.
  • Service Termination: A breach or violation of any of the terms will result in an immediate termination of your services and may be reported to relevant authorities.

4. Products, Customization, and Manufacturing

  • Customisation Policy: Every mural is custom-printed based on the specific dimensions (height x width) provided by the customer.
  • Manufacturing Origin: We operate a global supply chain. While our administration is in Spain, our specialised high-tech production facility is located in China. By purchasing, you acknowledge that your product will be custom-made and shipped from our Chinese facility.
  • Visual Discrepancies: We strive for colour accuracy, but due to variations in monitor calibrations (RGB vs. CMYK printing), we cannot guarantee an exact colour match. Minor variations are not considered defects.

5. Pricing, Currency, and Payments

Regional Pricing: Our store uses automated geolocation. USA customers are charged in USD ($), and UK customers are charged in GBP (£).

Tax Obligations: USA: Sales tax is applied based on state regulations at checkout.

  • UK: Prices include VAT; however, any additional import duties or carrier broking fees are the legal responsibility of the recipient.

Secure Checkout: All transactions are encrypted via 128-bit SSL and processed through PCI-DSS compliant providers. We do not store full credit card numbers.

6. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

  • Free Shipping: We provide 100% free shipping to the USA and UK via SunExpress, DHL, or UPS.
  • Timelines: 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday) for processing and 5–8 business days (Monday–Saturday) for delivery.
  • Address Accuracy: The customer is responsible for providing a valid, secure shipping address. We are not liable for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
  • Transfer of Title: The risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery of the package by the carrier to the provided address.

7. Cancellations and Modifications

  • The 24-Hour Rule: You may cancel any order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Post-Production Fee: Since murals are custom-made, cancellations requested after 24 hours but before shipping are subject to a 10% administrative and material fee.
  • In-Transit Orders: Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled. You must follow our return & refund policy upon receipt.

8. Intellectual Property and Limited Licence

  • Ownership: All content, designs, images, and text on this site are the intellectual property of MONRUBE SL or our artist partners.
  • Licence: We grant you a limited, non-transferable licence to access the site for personal shopping. You may not scrape data, replicate designs, or use our brand name for commercial purposes without written consent.

9. Accuracy of Information and Site Errors

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, or availability.

  • Corrections: We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

We may provide you with access to third-party tools (like currency converters or tracking apps), which we neither monitor nor have any control over.

  • External Links: Links on this site may direct you to third-party websites (e.g., social media). We are not responsible for examining the content or accuracy of these external platforms.

  • Disclaimer: In no case shall MONRUBE SL, our directors, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, or any direct/indirect damages arising from your use of the service.
  • Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold MONRUBE SL harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to your breach of these Terms.

12. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful or void, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and MONRUBE SL.
