- Taxes: For USA customers, sales tax is calculated based on your state's regulations. For UK customers, please refer to our Shipping Policy (Section 12) regarding import VAT and customs duties, as these are collected by the courier upon entry to the UK and are not collected at our checkout.
4. Step-by-Step Payment Process
- Selection: Add your custom mural to the cart.
- Information: Enter your shipping and billing details.
- Payment Selection: Choose your preferred payment method.
- Authorisation: When you click "Pay Now", our payment gateway communicates with your bank to authorise the transaction.
- Confirmation: Once approved, your order status changes to "Paid", and you will immediately receive an automated confirmation email with your unique order ID.
5. PCI-DSS Compliance & Data Storage
Wall Mural Shop is PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant.
- No Data Storage: We do not store, see, or have access to your full credit card number or CVV code.
- Third-Party Processing: All transactions are handled by certified payment processors who adhere to the strictest security standards in the financial industry.
6. Billing & Shipping Address Verification
To prevent fraudulent transactions and ensure your protection:
- Your billing address must match the address on file with your credit card-issuing bank.

7. Handling Declined Transactions
If your payment is declined, it is usually due to one of the following:

- International Block: Since our operations centre is in Spain and manufacturing is in China, some banks may block the transaction as "International". Please contact your bank to authorise the payment.
- Insufficient Funds: Ensure your account has enough balance for the total order amount.

9. Refund Issuance & Billing Cycles
Approved refunds (per our Return and Refund Policy) are processed within 7 business days.
- Original Method: Refunds can only be sent to the original payment method used.
- Bank Processing: Once we issue the refund, it may take an additional 3–5 days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution's internal processing times.
10. Invoices & Billing Documentation
