For our traditional wallpapers, we recommend a high-quality paste suitable for non-woven or thick wallpapers. It provides strong adhesion while still allowing minor adjustments during installation.
Make sure your wall is clean, dry, smooth, and ideally white or light-colored. This ensures the best color accuracy. Avoid applying wallpaper on textured or dark surfaces.
Not at all. Once dry, our wallpaper is durable and easy to maintain. You can gently wipe it with a damp sponge—no fading, no peeling.

Your wallpaper is printed on demand within 1–2 business days, ensuring both high quality and full customization.
Shipping typically takes 6–8 business days after printing, depending on your location. You’ll receive full tracking as soon as your order ships.
You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, production begins and cancellation may no longer be possible. If you need help, contact our support team as soon as possible.

Send us a message. Although custom products are generally non-refundable, we review every case individually and may be able to offer a discounted reprint.
If your wallpaper arrives with a visible defect, just send us photos. We’ll reprint and replace it for free—no questions asked.
Because each order is made to measure, returns are only accepted in cases of quality issues or printing errors. Contact us with the details, and we’ll resolve it quickly.
